Our team is devoted to client satisfaction, we have designed our business acumen around that basic principle.  Most brokerage firms force the real estate owner to sign a six month, binding listing agreement that is much more self-serving for the broker than it is to the client.  This is the problem with the brokerage community as a whole; this strategy is old and out dated and allows bad brokers to force their clients into paying them no matter the satisfaction level achieved.  At IEB our listing agreements are short, transparent, and benefit the client more than us. 

 

The listing agreement is worded in such a way that it allows the client to terminate the agreement at any time after one week.  There is no six-month time limit you must wait out, there are no marketing fees, lease negotiation fees, or administrative fees.  We only get paid if we sell your real estate or represent you in purchasing a new piece of real estate and the deal closes.  The bottom line is that we work for you and are anxious to prove that we are the best choice to help you sell or invest in real estate.
