IEB Real Estate is a successful and growing investment real estate brokerage firm seeking goal-oriented, forward-thinking, results-driven Data Researchers to optimize data solutions for our rapidly growing company.

 

What does an IEB Data Researcher do?

• Collaborates with researchers and real estate investment advisors to compile data for a healthy database

• Interacts positively with coworkers

• Represents IEB in an ethical and upstanding manner

• Works part-time, flexible hours - mostly from home, with the opportunity for full-time upward mobility within the company

 

What do you need for this job?

• Strong computer aptitude

• Effective communication skills

• Analytical thinking skills

• Self-motivation

• To be detail-oriented and organized

• Experience with Excel

• 60 WPM minimum

• Windows 10 OS

• PC with antivirus software

• Experience working with Google Docs, Google Sheets, Excel, Salesforce
