Investment Real Estate Advisor

 

IEB Real Estate is a successful and growing investment real estate brokerage firm seeking goal-oriented, forward-thinking, results-driven professionals to join its team of Real Estate Investment Advisors. Experience in the commercial real estate industry is not required. This is an exciting opportunity to become an early adopter in an up-and-coming company. In 2017 our revenues grew almost 300%, and we are expecting similar growth in 2018. IEB has transformed the traditional brokerage model and designed its own proprietary technology platform, increasing transaction volume. This has created high earnings for Real Estate Investment Advisors at IEB. Our systematic team approach provides our Real Estate Investment Advisors with training, research, support, feedback, and opportunities to achieve personal and financial success.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university with an emphasis in business   administration, finance, statistics, economics 

  • Understanding of basic financial terms and principles 

  • Effective and engaging communication skills 

  • Positive working relationships 

  • The determination to achieve professional and personal success 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities: 

  • Teaming with researchers to generate a robust sales pipeline 

  • Providing real estate investors with site and financial analyses 

  • Advising clients on the best course of action regarding real estate investments 

  • Negotiating letters of intent and contracts 

  • Creating and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and industry   professionals 

  • Interacting positively with coworkers, clients, and industry professionals 

  • Representing IEB in an ethical and upstanding manner
